Upon reservation all clients will be required to provide a credit card number.
All Spa Parties and Corporate events will require a 25% non-refundable deposit of total service
charges at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Single and couples massage
Unless cancelled 24 hrs prior to service all services will be billed at 100% of total charges.
Spa Parties and Corporate massage
All Spa Parties and Corporate massage events must be cancelled 72 hours in advance
or 100% of the services will be billed.

Reschedule Policy
In the event a single or a couple needs to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to service the
customer will be billed for 15% of the service charges for administrative and coordination
services. If a client tries to reschedule a third appointment they will be charged for a full service.
